This plant is widespread and highly abundant in moist, nitrogen-rich fields, gardens, woodlands, roadsides, and wasteground. Flowering period: January to December. Annual. Indigenous.
Identification
The plant bears small white flowers with deeply indented petals. Its leaves are hairless, cordate, with a central vein. It typically exhibits sprawling growth, ranging from 5 to 40cm in height.
