Thrives on dunes, alongside roads, on gravel banks, and in neglected areas. Blooms from March to April. Enduring and indigenous.

Identification

Yellow-rayed flowers emerge in spring before the foliage. Leaves are long-stemmed, serrated, varying from round to triangular, and have a white-felted underside. Rapidly spreads via scaly runners. Stands at a height of 10-30 cm.
